The brief

For their new product launch campaign, Want Want aimed to expand demand for the popular ice lollies to the 21st century generation – from the young to the young at heart in need of a chilly treat. Set to take place at China Ice Cream and Frozen Food Expo in Ningbo, China, the event was to convey the product’s unique ability to be served chilled even at normal room temperature.


Handling everything from basic creative and design matters to such details as audio and visual, photography and performances for the launch, the team drew inspiration from the youth of Want Want’s target audience. The resulting 150 sq. m. booth was colourful and inviting, complex and engaging, with such unique features as ‘levitating’ stages used for midair live music performances.


The team had amply demonstrated their ability to execute a diverse brief and deliver on the client’s ultimate goal. Their performance laid the foundation for more cooperation with Want Want in the long term.
